How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Call customer service at 800-995-4363 ext 4. with the changes to your order. Please note that once an order has shipped, the order can not be changed.

My order never arrived.
Click the "Track Your Order" or "My Account" link. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the "Order / Billing History" section to track your order. Be sure that order has shipped already. If you order displays a one or more package tracking numbers, check with FedEx to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a FedEx status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at 800-995-4363 ext 4.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays a Package Tracking Number, check with FedEx to confirm that your packages were delivered. When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict. All backorders will ship as soon as new stock is received.
