Zao Return Policy

Return by Mail

If you are not completely satisfied with any Zao product, return it within 30 days of the PURCHASE date and receive a FULL refund of the purchase price. Return shipping fees are free to our customers. We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

Return instructions:

1. Please contact our customer service department at 800-995-4363, ext 4. Our customer service department will send you a Product Return Form.
2. Place the unused item in its original condition and pack it in the original shipping packaging for return.
3. Fill out the Product Return Form and label the outside of the box with our shipping address (see below) and drop it at a FEDEX shipping location. Please note: we are unable to pay return shipping fees if the enclosed Product Return Label is not used.
